Final election results in Arizona’s most populated county will be delayed until at least Friday after printer problems caused vote-count machines difficulty in reading ballots, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors chairman Bill Gates said.
The issue caused long lines at multiple voting locations Tuesday, but about 245,000 people had voted in-person before polls closed at 9 p.m. ET, Gates told reporters at a press conference Tuesday.
