Real estate rumors: Sotheby’s, YMCA of Central Ohio, Hull

Andrew McIntyre (August 25, 2022, 3:48 pm EDT) — Sotheby’s International Realty is moving out of two Los Angeles-area offices, The Real Deal reported Thursday. The company plans to leave its Sunset Strip office and merge with its Beverly Hills location, also leaving its Encino space and merging that office with its Sherman Oaks location, according to the report.

Columbus Downtown Development Corp. is in talks with the YMCA of Central Ohio to purchase the YMCA building in downtown Columbus, Ohio, according to Columbus Business First. The parties are in negotiations for the Columbus Downtown Development to own his 40 W building.
